Illuminate the World

Keyahk Begining

Kiahk—this beloved Coptic month that gently leads us to the Feast of the Nativity—is a time of holy longing, joy, and watchful prayer. Its nights are filled with hymns of praise, and its Sundays are lit by the powerful Gospel of St. Luke, Chapter 1, slowly unveiling God’s saving plan.

Week by week, the Church walks us through the mystery:
The Annunciation of St. John the Baptist
The Annunciation of Christ
The Visitation of St. Mary to Elizabeth
The Birth of St. John the Baptist

Each Sunday is not just a story we hear, but a step in preparing the heart, teaching us how to wait, to trust, and to recognize God’s work in hidden, humble beginnings. Join us as we journey through these Kiahk Sundays and allow them to shape our expectation, so that when we arrive at the Nativity, we may truly behold the wonder of Emmanuel: God with us

Worldwide Community

Agora University strives to maintain a close relationship between students and staff. Many members of our faculty are involved in discipling students during the academic years. Faculty members encourage students as they grow in their personal devotions, discuss things they are learning in class, and challenge them in areas where the students may be struggling. Students have ready access to any staff or faculty member and are encouraged to seek help both academically and personally
